John Denver's album "An Evening With John Denver" from 1975 was an extended length album and the original vinyl recording had an open-out type jacket. It was originally made available in Germany as a 2-cd set. Later on a U.S. version was put out by RCA, but in this version 2 songs were left out in order to get the album onto a single cd.
